Hailey Hutchinson

Hailey Hutchinson has been with the Authority since July 2021 and was appointed to the position of Authority Board Secretary in December 2025. She also serves as HR Coordinator and is responsible for administering employee benefits and ensuring all human resource policies and procedures are implemented.
