Rachel Stiehl

Rachel has been with the Authority since August 2019. She serves as  Account Clerk and Utica Coordinator.  She is responsible for coordinating the City of Utica Blue Bag program, collection of solid waste user fees, providing information to City residents on current garbage and recyclables collection and investigating complaints.
