Large tree stumps, root balls, tree trunks and oversized limbs must be delivered to the Stump Disposal Site on Tannery Road in the City of Rome for composting. Deliveries to the Stump Disposal Site are to be made by appointment ONLY.
All delivery appointments for the Stump Disposal Site must be made prior to disposal by calling 733-1224 and scheduling an appointment. All loads being delivered to the Stump Disposal Site must be weighed in and out at the Western Transfer Station in Rome.
