Construction and Demolition (C & D) Debris is solid waste resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition of structures, road building and land clearing. Such waste includes but is not limited to bricks, concrete, rock, lumber, paving material and tree and brush stumps.
C & D Debris can be delivered to the Authority's Utica or Rome Transfer Stations for a fee.
