Josh Olbrys

Mr. Olbrys has been with the Authority since March 2006. Josh was promoted to the position of Deputy Executive Director in 2022. He previously served as Landfill Operations Manager and Environmental Compliance Coordinator, respectively. Josh is responsible for managing all aspects of the Authority's Regional Landfill operations and ensuring that the landfill is in compliance with statutes, rules and all applicable regulations. He also assists in the administration and planning of all Authority facilities and operations. He has a B.S. degree in Environmental Studies from SUNY Plattsburg.
