City of Utica Blue Bag & Recyclables Collection Schedule Change: Due to the winter storm, for this week only, residents in the City of Utica should postpone setting out blue bags and recyclables to the day after their regular day of set-out. The revised collection schedule is as follows:
Wednesday's collection will be moved to Thursday
Thursday's collection will be moved to Friday
Friday's collection will be moved to Saturday
Regular collection schedule will resume on Monday (set-out Sunday).
