Due to the winter storm, residents in the City of Utica who have Friday collection are asked to leave blue bags and recyclables out for Saturday collection. The solid waste contractor will be following the Friday route on Saturday, March 3rd, to collect solid waste and recyclables from any residences that were missed on Friday, weather permitting.
Residents may also hold back solid waste and recyclables until next week's collection due to the inclement weather.
