Binny Poster Contest

As the school year starts to wind down, the Authority wanted to hold a challenge that would give students a chance to show us their creativity! This spring’s challenge will be a poster contest featuring our new friend, Binny!

Who’s Binny?

Binny is the Authority’s brand-new mascot that we unveiled in celebration of Earth Day! We’re still learning things about Binny such as what he likes to do in his free time, what his favorite colors are and what his style is like. To learn more about Binny, we are asking for students’ help through our first ever Binny poster contest!

Cool! What other details are there?

Students will have the choice of coloring and/or decorating our Binny Coloring Page or making their very own poster from scratch! Entries will be split into categories based on whether they are a coloring page or a poster, and each category will have a first, second and third place winner. Winners will receive a custom t-shirt with their design on it and an Amazon gift card (1st place - $100, 2nd place - $50 and 3rd place - $25), and the first place winners will win a visit from Binny for their classroom! All entries will be posted on the Authority’s website.

What’s the timeline?

Students will have from now until Friday, May 31st to create their poster and enter it in the contest using the entry form here: https://forms.gle/QPhrXVaVtdcFNT6v9. (You may need to switch to a different browser.) You can also scan the QR code to access the form. Winners will be notified by email on Wednesday, June 5th.
