All Authority Facilities will operate regular business hours on Saturday, September 4th, and will be closed on Monday, September 6th. On Tuesday, September 7th normal business hours will resume at all locations.
City of Utica residents: Blue bag & recyclables collection will not be changed due to the holiday. Please place blue bags and recycling bins out according to your regular schedule.
