RESIDENTIAL CONVENIENCE STATION SURVEY

Over the past two years we've been making a number of improvements to better serve our individual customers - homeowners and do-it-yourselfers. The areas we've developed in Utica and Rome are identified as the RESIDENTIAL CONVENIENCE STATIONS (RCS). These areas are designed to provide individuals with the full range of services offered by the Authority. In an effort to improve these services, we are asking that you participate in a survey.
