Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority Employees Lupinski & Tuttle to Receive NYSAR3 Recognition Award

The New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3) will be honoring two Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority (Authority) employees at its 2011 New York State Recycling Conference on November 17th, to be held at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.
Authority Director of Recycling David Lupinski and School Recycling Coordinator Jamie Tuttle are being awarded Recycler of the Year - Team for taking leadership roles in promoting recycling throughout Oneida and Herkimer Counties through the Authority's website [www.ohswa.org], Go Green school programs, college composting programs and comprehensive residential and commercial recycling programs including the recent single stream recycling program, RecycleOne - One and Done. Lupinski's and Tuttle's dedication, innovation and passion for recycling benefit both local communities, and the wider population.
NYSAR3 is a professional recycler's association, whose primary purpose is to improve and develop the skills, capabilities and resources of waste reduction, reuse and recycling practitioners across New York State. Membership is comprised of New York State counties, cities, towns, villages, solid waste authorities/communities, state agencies, non and not-for profit agencies, for profit business, community and other groups and individuals.
